PFI Resin Bonded Filters have a unique, proprietary two-stage filtration design to maximize particle removal and service life in viscous fluid filtration applications. An outer spiral prefilter wrap increases cartridge strength and eliminates residual debris associated with conventional, machined, resin-bonded filter cartridges.

Resin bonded filter cartridges are available in seven different removal ratings: 2-micron, 5-micron, 10-micron, 25-micron, 50-micron, 75-micron and 125-micron sizes to meet a wide range of performance ments. They are constructed of acrylic, long staple fibers with a phenolic bonding resin; coreless, one-piece, rigid resin bonded fibrous matrix. Resin-Pur bonded cartridges maximize particle removal in: paints, printing inks, adhesives, resins, emulsions, chemical coatings, organic solvents, petroleum products, process water, oil field fluids, animal oils, waxes and plasticizers.

The Hypure PF filter is a Phenolic resin impregnated, long-strand polyester resin-bonded, spiral wound cartridge filter suitable for a wide range of applications.
