AquaLine ALN05-60B Cartridge Filter adalah high flow filter cartridge 5 micron yang dirancang untuk aplikasi pretreatment water treatment industri dengan kebutuhan debit besar dan kestabilan sistem tinggi. Produk ini banyak digunakan sebagai guard filter maupun pretreatment stage pada sistem RO, SWRO, BWRO, power plant, dan proyek EPC water treatment.
Dengan panjang 60 inch, AquaLine ALN05-60B mampu menggantikan banyak cartridge standar dalam satu housing, sehingga membantu mengurangi jumlah housing, mempercepat maintenance, dan menekan biaya operasional. Rating 5 micron menjadikannya ideal untuk menahan lumpur halus, pasir, dan partikel tersuspensi sebelum air masuk ke tahap filtrasi lanjutan atau membran RO.
Cartridge ini menggunakan media filter industri berkualitas tinggi dengan desain pleated high flow, memungkinkan aliran besar tetap stabil dengan tekanan diferensial rendah. AquaLine ALN05-60B juga dirancang kompatibel dengan housing high flow standar internasional, sehingga mudah diaplikasikan pada sistem existing maupun instalasi baru.
Dalam praktik proyek EPC, ALN05-60B sering dijadikan stok wajib karena fleksibilitas aplikasinya dan kecepatan penggantian di lapangan. Produk ini cocok ditempatkan setelah coarse filter (10–20 micron) dan sebelum fine / polishing stage (1 micron) untuk menjaga umur pakai membran RO dan kestabilan sistem secara keseluruhan.

AquaLine ALN05-60B cartridge filter is large (6.5-inches) in diameter with an outside-in flow, which allows for the use of significantly smaller housings and fewer filters. Its 60-inch length gets the most out of cartridge life while cutting back on the total number of filter change-outs.
